I-beauty Medispa (Ang Mo Kio)

I have recently completed my treatment at I-Beauty Medi Spa Pte Ltd at Amk Blk 305 Ave 3. I will like to share with your my experience. The treatment is less than 30mins not much of feeling during the short treatment no cream nor massage oil is use. You'll not feel much during before and after d treatment. I do not experience loss of appetite, regular bowels movement which they claimed. no change at all. Alot of effort is emphasize/stress is loaded on me not much on the treatment they will blame you if you did not lose weight u must follow d very strict & regid diet.(e.g :- zero fat, high protein diet only a fruit for dinner nothing from 1-6pm). For the price of $2,500 15 treatments is not worth it. Another thing i notice that d staff there when queries they are not so informative on their products/treatment. 100% regretted waste of money. If you are considering the treatment i will say dun waste time and money just goggle for a high protein no fat diet it works the same. I did not lose much after the treatment.

I purchased through outlet.com.sg on July 16 a voucher for 60min full body massage, subsequently telephoned and made appointment for Aug27. Already I was treated rudely over the phone, when the person in charge of your Toa Payoh outlet insisted I tell her how much I paid, when she should know, (well at least ibeauty should know when you partner with outlet.com.sg). The voucher was purchased by my niece, so I can't recall how much it was, but she was so rude that she insisted how is it that I don't know - I told her it's a gift, and it is not stated on the voucher, now how should I know?? and who is she to insist I should know?? She reluctantly took & confirmed my appointment. I knew I was in for some unpleasant experience. Yesterday, Aug 26 at 3.37 (logged display telephone 62591789 on my cellphone), this same Chinese woman phoned to reconfirm if I was keeping my appointment. I replied yes. Today, I arrived at Blk 186 Toa Payoh #01-426, but was told by this same Chinese woman again, that they are NOT honouring my voucher, unless I top up $10. She said outlet.com.sg has ceased business. She should have told me that on Aug 26, why didn't she? That's not the way to do business, get people to come down to your location and ripped them off with more $$ before honouring what you have been paid for? This is unscrupulous way to do business, and for sure, believe me, your business will not last, if you continue to leave running your business to these people.
