The clinic and the optician's has shifted to a much bigger premise at Centre Point (Cuppage area) - not too far from their old place which has been torn down. Be prepared to arrange an appointment before you go there as their eye tests are very detailed and can take quite a while, but you will probably be most pleased by their service and professionalism. This is not the place to go if you are hoping to buy contacts without checking your eyes. They do not offer quick fix for eye checks and that is what I seriously like about them. Their website has an appointment page which I would normally use to book for my son's visual therapy, but they take quite a while to respond presumably they are very busy! There is a nice collection of eyeglasses to choose from at the optician's while waiting for your turn to see the doctor.

The receptionist is very helpful and the doctors are always smiling. My appointment started on time and I saw an Irish lady called Dr Kelly. I didn't have to wait even though there were many kids running around because they were all waiting for another doctor that specialise in children. There were even crying babies waiting to be seen! I finished the check and picked up my contacts at the same time. The receptionist gave me a pair free without charge because I bought a year supply from her. It is so crowded on Saturday. I wanted to get my old glasses adjusted but the optician was busy with another group of people. I waited patiently for them and finally it was fixed. Really like their service.

there are many eye doctors at their orchard branch and it is a very busy clinic and i had to wait even to see an optician to adjust my glasses. But this is the only place i will recommend and i suggest you to fix an appointment before u go down! Seeing their eye doctor was the best thing that happened in my life because my father can finally read and walk around again. my father has been sitting at home staring blankly and not doing anything for the last 7 years because of his macular degeneration. my father has seen many other doctors but he has never been offered any treatment. most other doctors will only take a wait-and-see-approach, but Dr Peng was able to quickly able to identify the problem and he fitted dad with a telescopic device mounted on his glasses. My father saw a therapist and attended visual training for 2 weeks and i am very grateful that my father is now able read again. my mother cried when dad was able to read again becauze all of us thought that he will be blind for the rest of his life. my family and i visit this clinic for our eyeglasses and contact lenses. my little girl goes to a treatment called orthokeratology reflective therapist to control her myopia. Very effective so far and she has stopped wearing glasses for the last 1 year.

the treatment involves an initial checkup for nearly an hour. they do not dilate the eyes with drops but he uses optic devices for dad to try.
