Went there to celebrate my birthday. Had the western food. The stall looks like a Malay stall at first. But the chef is a Chinese.
So I'm a little confuse whether it's Malay western food or Chinese western food. The price is quite cheap as compare to the other western food I have ate before. Normally western food from hawker will cost about $5.50 to $7 but this stall's western food range from $4.00 to $5.50.
Especially the Chicken Chop I had. It's served in a hotplate style but it cost only $5.50. However, what amuse me is how come the Chicken chop which tasted so fantastic and is recommended on the papers isn't on their signboard or menu.
I happened to see the newspaper that they pasted on the side wall then I knew they had chicken chop.
We ordered the chicken chop and Chicken cutlet. Both tasted really good. The serving portion is big too. Really worth the price.
From the picture you can see that the chicken chop comes with fries, mashed potato, salad, sweet corn and a piece of Chip.
Although the Chicken chop was the recommended dish, I still find the Chicken cutlet is better. Many commented that the chicken chop is better so its really up to individual to decide.
So anyone staying at Ang Mo Kio can go down and give it a try.
