Had the worst experience for spa!
My wife booked an appointment for massage for 2 for today several weeks ago. Later, she received an sms to inform her that the appointment was not available and she called back to the company straight after. The operator helped her to make a "confirmed" booking at 1 pm.
When we arrived at Ina harmoni today, we were shocked to find out that our "confirmed" appointment was on the waiting list! Now this is not the first time this has happened to us. On previous occurrences, we were promised compensations like free treatments which did not come to fruition as the machine was spoiled!
I am totally displeased by my experiences at Ina Harmoni, especially after having paid over 3000 SGD for a package! This spa centre is totally NOT recommended. I hope others will read this and reconsider if they should sign a package with Inner Harmoni.
