I agreed with vindikate. They are a horrible shop with super over charge services and hard sell tactics. They would not reveal the price before hand but would surprise you with a overcharge bills. They are not happy when you rejected their services or product. They will make you feel bad about yourself so that to make you take up their product. This is their sales tactics. Their attitude is horrible which is not acceptable in service line.
I hope more people will wary about this shop and know the market price before using their service.

Avoid this place at all costs! Saw their signboard hanging outside stating "Classic Mani & Pedi $40" and went in. Wanted to do an express manicure and pedicure but they did a hard sell on their classic mani and pedi at $68 (apparently $40 is for certain non-peak hours only). They requested and I paid $50 deposit in cash. When I return for my appointment, they pushed their gelish product and presented me a bill of $321 for one session of gelish mani &pedi (without design)!! Trapped and pressed for time, I paid them. They even said they won't provide soak off unless I paid another $30, that is even after I had paid $321 for a single session. When I told my colleagues, they were appalled at the price and told me that market price ranges from $28 (Groupon) to $98 (walk-in) for plain gelish mani & pedi. I called "Institut" to enquire and Susan (who did the hard sell) taunted me in Chinese saying "If you don't have the money, say so then". These people are not upfront and would 'surprise' you with the bill at the end. Not sure how this company obtained a CASETRUST status. Their business practices are deplorable.
