Seriously,take your risks for this travel agency.
I went there once while scouting for travel deals in People's Park centre.
The place was surprisingly, free of customers. I went ahead to ask for Bangkok packages anyway but no one bothered to serve me unlike in other travel agents.
Upon getting a staff to brief me on the package itinerary, the staff took a total of 5 minutes to get more information on the package itself and was unsure about the itinerary after being asked a few basic questions such as the hotel offered,etc.The place was seriously understaffed and those in sight spoke only Chinese.
I then approached the manager, who was not much help too, pointing to the itinerary and asking me to read from it by myself and that all details are there.How can they be trusted to do a booking when they are unsure about the itinerary themselves.Another drawback is they only offer 3-star hotels in the package.What if people are not used to staying in inns?
Prices are even quoted differently from both staffs.
My first visit has left me dissatisfied and I left soon after.
