Terrible and irresponsible seller who is out to cheat. She ignored my mails on the status of my bags since dec 08 and she finally replied in apr 08 saying my bags didnt arrive after i posted at her tag board about reporting to police regarding her failure to delivery my goods. she said she would refund me. but it has been weeks since i last heard from her and i still have yet to recieved any refunds, nor any respond from her. Another buyer paid over $70 for Nov08 spree and she has yet to receive anything too. If you want to buy from JUSTSPREES, there's a high chance you will to lose your money. why take the risk, find some other reliable site that host the same sprees instead. JUSTSPREES won't respond to emails or entertain any enquires. Spree at your own risk.

VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAIL OF PRODUCTS
honestly, WORST ever online shopping experience. TSK.
the product was not even SENT, and despite countless of emails to contact JustSprees on status of product, they had just sidetrack all of them by saying that they would CHECK but never gave a notification nor reply after that on the actual status, and finally after 4 WEEKS from order and at final email of asking about the status, they just say it got lost in the mail and it's not their problem and claim that the customer itself isn't efficient since I didn't go to SingPost to find the mail itself.
like seriously, do they EXPECT people to be believe that they had sent the order when they dodged the emails on the status of the order, then just simply after a whole month claim that it's the customer and SingPost's fault?
TERRIBLE SERVICE; reflects very badly on Singapore's online shopping sites.
