I serviced my Honda Jazz twice at Mandai Service Centre. This is a small service facility compared to the one at Leng Kee. If you select a Saturday timeslot, be prepared to wait for at least 3 - 3.5 hrs, even though you've the earlier appointment timings. There's a free regular hourly shuttle bus service to Kranji MRT. However, you must find your way back yourself. Mandai Service Centre has a waiting lounge with LCD TV, daily newspapers, 1 PC for Internet access, biscuits, coffee/tea/milo dispenser. Latest is that they've free wireless Internet access. Just approach the counter for the login procedures.
