Poor service. Expensive. Technician are not well trained or qualified. They overcharge me $80 for fault analysis but could not determine fault. They just said my aircon is old and that I should buy a new unit.
My aircon has been on regular service contract for the last 6 years.

1. I engaged their service because my aircon was sporadically blowing hot and cold air.
2. They sent over just one single technician, a very young boy from Malaysia. I strongly believe that the technician is not BCA licensed.
3. They charged me $80 for fault analysis but was not able to determine fault,
4. All the said to me was that my aircon model is old and that I should buy a new one
5. On their service and marketing brochures, they claimed their service is only $30 with no hidden cost. Well they wanted $80 $200
6. I would avoid them at all cost because:
a) their technician are poorly trained and relatively inexperience
b) their rates are similar to the authorized agent (or on the higher side)
c) you would be better of either using the authorised agent or other aircon service providers out there that are more skilled and knowledgeable.
