Kuishin Bo is the first to introduce a new dining concept in Japanese buffet meal, with a wide spread of food from sashimi, seafood, sushi, tempura, teppanyaki, yakitori, mini paper steamboat to soba and ramen.
The complete meal includes starters, desserts, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
The menu changes regularly so that diners can come for more meals without eating the same standard food. It's a great restaurant for a buffet meal, with friends, colleagues and the entire family.

I went there twice in 2 wks and i loved it there. My favourites were the beef, snow crab, hot pot and chocolate fondue. The ambience is quite pleasant and great for gathering with family and friends. I went there on wednesday when there is a discount for ladies and a 2 hr time limit for the buffet. Every hr, there would be a special item. Only a limited quantities would be given. The 1st hr is lobster. The 1st time I went, baked lobster topped with cheese. On the second occassion, it was baked lobster topped with black pepper sauce. It was quite good. For the 2nd hr, on both occassions frozen strawberries with ice cream was served. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and would probably return there in future.

The first time i came across this restaurant, I was greeted with a throng of customers eagerly queuing up for a seat.
So I made an effort today, to give the place a go. I am rather dissapointed.
The overall selection was somewhat decent but the quality was rather poor.
The best food were probably the salmon sashimi, sushi, prawn tempura and the deserts. The salmon was super fresh but its good enough for the price i paid. Most diners went for the crab (i forgot the name) which i didnt really enjoy
The tuna sashimi looked dry and tough and also very dark red. It doesnt look fresh at all. The sashimi selection was somewhat limited. The sushi selection was also poor.
There was also teppanYUCKY which was over cooked, tough, and tasteless.
There was also hotpot, cooked food, free flow self help drinks, limited special dishes, soup. But all were sub par standard, except for the desert and drinks lol
The staff also had a nasty habit of clearing your dishes without asking you, and they usually made a mess of things, by dropping your chopsticks which were on the plate etc.
Overall for $35.9 ($42 after tax), its a below average deal. Luckily for me today there wasnt a queue.

Went there during my first day at work lunch with my colleagues. A very good selection of food and the quality is as good as those in ala carte menus.
However, we were a bit lost and there was no proper explanation (are we on buffet or time limit buffet or what) on the charges. Not that bad a queue but reservations a must to prevent waiting.
Decor is OK but a bit crowded. And tables are a bit too small if everyone orders a paper steamboat. There are plenty of waiters around but can take a while to clear the table fo plates, so maybe best to bring that empty plate back for round 2, 3 or 4.
Desert is tasty but limited in choice (3-4 types).
