Amidst a medieval castle-like setting, newly opened La Fondue @ Dempsey Hill seeks to create an environment that is romantic, fun and yet a cosy place to dine in.
The gastronomic combinations are a set of four courses with each course offering choices that have to be made. Starting out is a choice of the salads, followed by a choice of twenty different types of cheese accompanied with bread and vegetables for dipping. Following on, diners are offered a choice of six set combinations of meats and seafood or if they prefer; the range of meats and seafood on selection is extensive, some thirty choices, all marinated to cater to your choice of style.
