I will not step foot into this salon going forward. Firstly, i m supposed to do a traditional body perm. On the following day, after washing, my hair looks straighten n damaged. I went back to Sandy and she ended up saying that i have no skills to blow dry n that the hair is at shoulder length and ask if i want to cut shorter etc excuses. To me, she is not admitting that the hair was not permed properly！ This is not the first time i permed my hair, so i know what to expect from a perm.
