I have stay in this hotel too when my parent come down to attend my ROM.. the rooms are very small. The receptionist are terrible. The most important thing is the free shutter bus service is extremely terrible. They had a timetable and a selected place to wait for the shutter bus service. There is one in clarke quay. Early the morning we took the bus and stop at clarke Quay. I double confirm with the bus driver that whether we will be popping up the same stop when we want to return to the hotel and he say yes. I even double confirm the time with him. We waited like half and hour and no bus is there. So I called the receptionist and she say we need to wait another half an hour. So I waited again. ONe hour and no bus arrived yet. I got so fed up and called the receptionist again and the receptionist asked me to wait another 3 hours for the bus cause she say we had miss the 3pm bus. The main problem is I have been waiting there at 2.30pm and I didn't see any bus stop there. The service there is definitely doesn't worth 4 star.

I stayed at Link hotel in Tiong Bharu last weekend. The room was tiny and the service averge. The location is also a bit out of the way. Unfortunately I left a very sentimental bracelet in the bathroom under the mirror. The bracelet is only valuable to me and is of no commercial value. There is no doubt that the bracelet was where I say it was as I left it there to put it on before leaving but sadly forgot. I informed the hotel a couple of hours after checking out. To date I have not received my bracelet. The management have gone out of their way to be unhelpful. They refuse to believe that their chambermaid is responsible for stealing the bracelet, even though she is the only person who accesed the room following my checkout. In fact the management told me they were too busy to follow up on my complaint as they had a lot of preparing to do for a VIP guest. The head of housekeeping also refuses to believe her chambermaid is at fault and have not followed up my report of it missing. Regardless of who did steal my bracelet the fact remains that it was one of their staff but the management are indifferent to this. I would urge you to avoid this hotel as the staff are immently dishonest and the management are indifferent to their guests needs.

Agree that the management should have been more helpful. But it's also wrong to accuse them of stealing it since u said its of not value to others. And there's no prove of it too ya?

mm ya it did seem that they weren't really nice. But... you did forget the item. I always give the room one last check before stepping out. Hope you get it back some day!
