1 Review for “Long Beach Seafood Restaurant (East Coast Seafood Centre) ” - Restaurants

I would like to voice my great disappointment and complaint about the poor service at Long Beach UDMC Seafood Restaurant.
I was there together with my wife for dinner at about 0530pm. We ordered: otah, bamboo clam, sambal kangkong and chili crab.
My first Complaint: During half way through the dinner when eating the chili crab I had requested for some paper napkins to clean up my hand. But the lady waitress was very rude and replied back that if want paper napkins will have to take it myself from the washing area just outside the washroom. Else if want to have the wet napkins its chargable. Nowadays, at seafood restaurant its a common request to ask for paper napkins but the waitress dont evern have the initiative to provide and can ask the customer to take it himself????
My 2nd Complaint: After almost finishing the chili crab, the sambal kangkong was still not served yet. I had request to cancel the sambal kangkong as we were already full. But she retorted back that in Longbeach restaurant practise, vegetable should be served as the last dish. If we wanted it to be served first we should requested it during ordering. She ignored our request to cancel the dish. Her attitude is BAD BAD BAD. When we asked the waiter again after few minutes is the vege ready, the waiter said that its going to be cook soon, not ready yet. My question is: Then why cant cancel, why must insist to serve the sambal kangkong when in the first place it should be served first, followed by the otah, bamboo clam and chili crab?? Throughout my dining experience with other well established seafood restaurants, the serving order is always to serve the vegetable, follow by meat and last item is always the main dish such as chili crab, its also only common sense....
At the end of the day, with the bad service at Longbeach it really spoilt our mood...
