Long John Silver

I agree why there is no feedback boxes at every outlets. This is the 2nd time I went to Jurong Point outlet to buy my favourite fastfood Long John Silver. The food is good but the front counter staffs are really sort of training. So can Long John Silver managment send their staffs to training or they train themselves. If really they sort of money to send them then go to other fast food restaurants to observe how Mcdonald or Burger King serve customers. Yesterday, I went with my husband to buy Long John Silver at Jurong Point. We asked the auntie at the serving counter named Ah Moi what are the drinks for the set meals. She told us ice lemon tea, coke & sprite, but she didn't told us that if we order ice lemon tea we need to add money. So my husband assume that ice lemon tea was included in the set. But I remind my husband that previous round I did that but in the end I need to top up for the drink and the front counter staff would not tell us unless we ask. But from my experience at Mcdonald or Burger King the staffs there would ask us whether we want to top up if we want the drinks which is not included on the sets. The worst things to make us both fustrated is that the auntie still can told the kitchen staff better put more crispy chips because we both are very picky customers. What is this? Is these the way they treat customers? I think if they keep on having these type of attiude, one day they will lose all the customers. The other day, I also heard my collegue that she bought from Bishan Branch and 1 of the packet sort of fries. When she called back to complaint there are no one there to pick up the call. Long John Silver your better improve front counter staff attiude cause I really hope that Long John Silver can stay long in Singapore.
