    USES LOW QUALITY CHEMICALS. AFTER HAVING MY HAIR PERMED THERE, ENDS WERE SUPER DRY AND what's more it didn't curl the natural way i wanted. THEY HAVE SUPER UNREASONABLE PRICES & VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE
