Have you tried Manhatten Fish Market's Cherry Snapper Fish and Chips.. Succulent and juicy fish fillet in a thin crispy batter... mmmm Its one of the best Fish and Chips I've tasted in Singapore. Love the portion as its just right for one, accompanied by a light tar tar sauce and loads of chips. If you enjoy something stronger in flavour, you could try the FEEESH AND CHEEESE... whereby a yummy cheesy sauce is used instead. Its really mouth watering good full of cheese, very savory and tasty.
The seafood is also delicious. The flaming prawns were of a good size with a garlicky sauce on top and the deep fried calamari is crispy and springy. I also love the serving size of the seafood platters as I find it good for 3 or 4... I ever tried this seafood platter for 2 and find that too much for one meal, so I would suggest for 3.. Maybe you could order the seafood platter and a chowder each. Talking about chowders, their chowder is so smooth, creamy and flavourful.
The food is yummy but service is not really good. Pricing I find it okay worth it.. especially for lunch sets its really worth it. Love the food and just the food...
Location: 3.5/5 because very near the MRT Ambiance: 4/5 Love the feel of the place Service: 3/5 I fill like the muscles on my hand is tighter.. alot of waving Food: 4/5 (Yummilicious!) Value for money: 4/5 (Lunch sets), 3.5/5 (regular menu)
Will I return: YES Will I bring my friends: YES.. the more the merrier!
