Excellent service by Maybank folks in AMK branch. Once I step in, I was quickly being greeted by the front counter lady. She is very polite and quick to find out what I am there for. She has great technical knowhow of the product and able to give me options on my needs; before directing me to the "specialist of the product". With waiting time less than 1 min, I was attended by Florence Gong. She is jovial and helpful. At the same time, she is able to go through all the options, pro & con of each options. This ease my decision as I have done some homework prior to the visit. Once we are done with all the paperworks, she also advise the backup plan - if I encountered future problem. Murphy Law's happens as my ATM card was deactivated during my first engagement. Florence is quick to reactivate the card. She also personnally run me through the process in front of the ATM. In short, I am impressed with the "Personal Touch" from start til the end of my visit to Maybank. I felt welcomed and sincerely attended to. Great job to Florence and team members in Maybank AMK. Keep it up :)
