Have you ever booked a flight, coach, hotel or cruise ticket from MISA? Yes it a breeze... and I so love the search and comparison table which is easy to surf and find whatever I needed.

If you feel like calling them or popping up at their shop, you may do so, however, I feel better booking my stuffs off their online site... The flight tickets they offer is pretty much to everywhere and they even carry some airlines that I cannot imagine existed.

Love also their categories of the pre-arranged trips, they do have full board all the way to free and easy or plan your own trips. Though I believe they are not the cheapest, I did try to book at different occasions CATHAY flights to HongKong and they seemed to have better prices then for me to book on the CATHAY online sales site itself.

Theres this time where I needed to postpone my ticket, I couldn't find help onsite and decided to call them.. The operator lady was nice and helpful however.. I would still need to pay and a fee i deemed higher then I would have expected. Other then that... the bookings is fine. Electronic ticketing is offered as such no need to collect your tickets.

I will use their site and their search engines to serve as research for my trips before I book and information is great. Great Job on the online site I must say. :)

I happen to have the opposite experience. When I try to contact them via phone in March 2008 to enquire some taiwan land package since they provide one of the cheapest budget tour, the staff is not very friendly. When i ask possibility to extend additional night in the same taipei hotel as in the first night, the reply i got is that since this is a budget land tour, there is no guarantee that I am able to extend the last night in Taipei and I have to accept whatever hotel that they book. And they have suggested that we take up whatever that is offer in the package and book our own hotel for the last night instead. And even if they manage to book the extension in Taipei, I will have to make my own arrangement to travel from Hualien to Taipei. Compared to Plant Travel which I finally book the land tour with, they assure us that extension in Taipei is possible and it is with the same hotel which we stay in the first night. If that staff happen to be in a bad mood, i think it will cause a bomb to the company from the business it has turn away.
