will never forget my few experience in this restaurant...first visit, I just wanted some desserts(around 3pm)...we ordered the macha ice cream special...when the food arrive, my friend and I were discussing how to eat it...the boss saw that we are not sure and he came to our table to advise us on how we should eat the dessert to get the best out of it and also explain the ingredient to us...(he was actually doing some paper work)..then and there we decided that we will visit this place again..
My next visit, at lunch time..it was crowded, obviously under staff...however the staff there are very alert and serve with a smile(apologetic smile due to the delay in the service)..then again the boss (and his wife) impress me...when he arrive, he scanned through and immediately grab an apron to clear a nearby table...then his wife usher the customers in...after that everythings seems to be in order again...of course the food is good..but try to avoid peak hours... :0)
