The shop is not easy to find. It is hiding in a side alley with other stores, on the same level as the NTUC Fairprice.
I haven't tried the Chatterbox chicken rice before, so no way of telling if this is a cheap-but-same-taste version of the hotel's chicken rice. But I must say it does taste different from what we eat outside, which I think is because they put some sort of garlic/ginger light gravy (but not those strong garlic/ginger taste) over the chicken.
The price is only about Foodcourt price, so if you are there for movie (Cathay upstairs) and do not want to go to one of the many cafes or go to the foodcourt at the old section, this is an ok choice.
Except that the person taking our order and payment was very persistant in us getting a half-chicken with rice instead of ordering 3 individual chicken sets. He's rather arrogant to the extent that he even commented "it's got no difference to me, just that you have to pay more" in chinese.
