Yes, I know Dr Ling too, she's good with chinchillas too, chinchillas are exotic pets in Singapore, hence not many vets here know how to treat a chin given the special digestive system of a chinchilla. However, Dr Ling is quite experienced in it probably due to many chinchilla's ownetrs bringing their pets to her.
And yep, she had stopped accepting new patients since few years ago, I was lucky to be among the many customers before she stopped accepting new patients.
However, I do encourage folks to still try and book an appointment with her EARLY if possible.

Doc ling is my favorite vet in Namly Animal Clinic. She's both gentle and patience to the dogs and will take time to answer all your questions. She is very good in handling them, especially my boy which really hates vet touching him.
Her consultation charges are very reasonable too.
But her appointment is quite difficult to get. However if its a true emergency case, they will definitely try to squeeze in a slot for me.
