I am totally agreed with you all. I took up a package of 10 sessions for 3250 (inclusive of GST) After 8 session with them, my face didnt improved at all. Instead, every session i went, my face will have pimples scar that took more than a month to recover. Asked them whey and they say my face is too sensetive and would need to take longer time to heal. The most fusturating thing is that after every treatment, the pimples will starts surface out on the face. We are all in the same boat. I had went to the National Skin Centre yesterday. Got the doc's to write me a memo. How can we help each other?

I went down to see the brach manager(she took over my case after i had complained) today and she asked me to go down to see her skin specialist next tuesday.

I agree with you, i m a customer too. I feel that it is strange how the consultants who are doing your skin can change so frequently. I did 5 4 treatment in all and so many consultants had touched my face. I am not sure if they know what is wrong with my face n wat is needed. I bought their products too, the washing gel for oily skin n it is making the edge of my scalp, along the hairline dry and flaky. I have yet to bring this up to the manager as she was the one who sold me the package. The reason is they say she is busy and will not be able to attend to me and instead get a substitute to what i know, is under studying her. How can we get a refund if we don't wish to continue?

Yes i agree with Wiz. I had pigmentation problem and i went to the branch at Whitesands for a free facial after seeing what they done in a programme on Channel U. Of course, at that time, i was treated like a queen and signed up a course with them which costs a bomb. But as the facial sessions went on, my pigmentation became worst after a few 'special treatments', they claimed to use plants extract to lighthen the pigmentation but in fact, it is burning the outer layer of skin and now i have raw patches of new skin and is like seeing a old book with a new patchy book cover. During those sessions, they will keep pressing you to buy their ampoules which is another expensive thing. They claimed that my skin is slow in recovery that is why all these patches and they claimed that their ampoules will work wonders to my skin. So far, i did not buy into their idea as i thought that during my first visit, they should have already known how to tackle my skin problem and all these should be factored in the costing. Perhaps i am naive but if you need to do any facial with them, better think twice. Right now, i am just trying to finish my course of facial and get out from their clutches. Now i dread going for my facial, strange but true.
