99c per plate! (2 sushis on a plate)
Ordering system is by the ‘ice cream stick’ service. You take the tag that has the name of the food that you want and you put it in your basket. Then you call for the service staff to bring your basket to input your order.
Taste of sushi is not that fantastic, but what do you expect from a 99c per plate? Good ambiance, good deco of bamboo shoots everywhere, even in the ceiling. Great place for those on budget and for parties and family gathering.
Beware, their miso soup is huge and it contains lots of veges. There's also a big mushroom floating amidst of all the greenery. It costs SGD3.90 for one and you can share it with 1-2 of your friends. The taste of their soup is not consistent. Sometimes, it's good, and at another occasion, it's pretty bad.
Nihon Mura also serves dessert! I have not get to try it (cos I was full after eating all the 99c plates of sushis) but I will the next time I go there.
It's the number 1 place for my lunch after a swim at the pool beside it!
