Hi there, I bought a hard case for my iPod there and it turned out to be useless... broken without reason while it is actually to protect the iPod. it first cracked a bit then broke in less than 2 weeks with no fall of the devise at all and i do not wear it in my trousers or anything like that. returned it but they did not accept. Sorry sir, no warranty at all on accessories... What kind of answer is that?
The lady was just not accepting the fact that somethings can have a damage and when I showed her that the lpod case did not fall (no sign of falling) she changed her story to that no warranty is given on any item that is not hardware... there goes 59 SGD... while in fact it was one of the staff there that advised me this cover for the iPod.
