Orient Ocean Restaurant

Was at this restaurant during Father's day. My sister had previously eaten at this place with her colleagues and found it to be good so we decided to go there and try t out.

Indeed the food was not bad. During the lunch period, you could opt either the tim sum buffet (30 items) or the chinese dishes buffet (50 items). As fo dinner buffet (yet to try till now), there was only the chinese dishes buffet available.

While we were there, we opted for the tim sum buffet. The food was served promptly and the servings were fairly large. The taste of the 虾饺， 烧卖，猪肠粉，etc were good too and juicy and fresh. Just to add on, even though we had ordered the tim sum buffet, we did still ordered a couple of the chinese dishes on an ala carte basis. And I must say the chinese dishes were well worth the money too. The price list is as shown:

Buffet Lunch 11.30am - 2.30pm (Last Order at 2pm)

Tim Sum - 30 Items at only $11.80 Per Pax (Mon-Fri) $14.80 Per Pax (Sat, Sun, Eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays)

Chinese Dishes - 50 Items at only $20.80 Per Pax (Mon-Fri) $22.80 Per Pax (Sat, Sun, Eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays)

Buffet Dinner 6.30pm - 10.30pm (Last Order at 9.30pm)

Chinese Dishes - 50 Items at only $21.80 Per Pax (Mon-Fri) $23.80 Per Pax (Sat, Sun, Eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays)

However, do take note that this restaurant is really uite crowded,especially on occassions like Mother's Day, Father's Day. So do make a reservation before going down, cos' I really did see them turning people away who did not make a reservation when I was there.
