Went to the shop for Instant Lucky Dip after I've made a purchase at GNC. When I walked into the shop with the Lucky Dip slip, the female staff greeted me with Mandarin. And she explained everything in mandarin, at some point, she's unable to comprehend "$150 off with every massager" that was listed on the laminated document.
Again, another shop that employs these people who can only speak mandarin. Hey, this is S'pore, not China!
Employers, pls train your staffs on simple english, at least train the frontline service staffs.
