I visited Paris Miki a couple of months ago and got a pair of funky purple specs for $200
The optician was patient and professional when getting my eye test done. And he gave professional advise on the type of lens I shld get instead of pomoting the highest price.
It was the after-sales service that I decided to give it four stars. They called up a month later to check if the condition of the specs was alright and if degree was appropraite. I learnt that they had a half-yr guarantee such that if within this six mths shld I feel that I can't see clearly, I can request for a free change of lenses.
I'm not sure if other major players in this industry offers such service but many optics I went don't. The third time when I went back after realising that my specs is too close to my eyes and asked for a solution, the salesgirl told me honestly that the stickers can only last for a few mths especially when I wash my specs pretty often.
The staff are all friendly and comfortable to talk to. Given the reasonable price I paid for, the experience and after-sales service was pretty satisfactory. However, maybe because the shop is small, they don't really have a wide variety thus one star removed. =)
