Had my Mother's day celebration at this restaurant on 13 May. The person who took our order is a young China lady by the name of Sammy Lin. We were quite indecisive of what to order and she voluntêer to offer her suggestion. She seems to know her job well and suggest dishes that suit our taste. Almost every of her suggestion were accepted. Unlike some other restaurant, she suggested only minimum dishes and stop us from ordering more food. I think this is very helpful as she knows best how big the service portion will be. After taking our order, she top up tea for us. 20 minutes later, she noticed that our food were not served and came to inform us that the food will be served shortly although we did not ask for it.
We enjoy our dinner and the food is just sufficient for all of us.
It seems that either Chinese from China provide better service than local chinese or Overseas workers value their jobs more than the local. Anyway, Pine Valley is lucky to have staffs with the correct attitude that make the customers dining experience more pleasant.
