As someone who was born with thick, curly hair who was out of control, I've always kept my hair short in a boyish cut. This was the case till Andy started cutting my hair in 1999. We lost touch for a while and I started going back to him 6 years ago when I ran into him at his salon at Orchard Emerald. Each and every time I go to Andy is a breeze. I just sit back and let Andy do his magic. Each time, he never fails to give me an edgy cut, but also look different from the previous hair cut I had. My hair has always been a short close crop for the last 15 years and Andy is the only hair stylist who has truly been able to work my hair and face shape to its advantage.
I would strongly recommend Andy to anyone who is looking for a creative, experienced stylist who listens to your wants and also gives you his 2 cents worth of what he can bring to the table. He has never failed to amaze me. Andy's expertise is worthy of what you would expect for a director's cut.

I got to know Andy as a walk-in customer at Toni & Guy in 1997 just before I need to go for my first job interview . Since then, I have never look back. Every hair service he had done for me is always getting better. And I get compliments each time after my hair do, in various hairstyles! Numbers of my friends are his regulars now. Andy is meticulous, patience, and is passionate in his work all these years. He never even straighten my natural wavy hair since the first day he did my hair! Andy is the only hairstylist I can count on for my hair 'dressing' beautifully even I am a mother of two now. Love you, Andy!

This guys is pure genius.. I've had really awful hair forever and was resigned to a choice of either Mac Donald hair or souless rebonded hair.. Andy figured out a way to make my natural curls work.. for the first time in 25 years.. he did a short-do but with lots of attention to angles and detail.. "like building a house".. never thought of a hair cut as maths, architecture and art.. And the result... Hair I really love and which feels like Me! Even though I didn't contribute anything to the idea. Amazing.
