Personal grooming is an important issue in my life as a working mum, and I always feel that a good hairstyle is the 'head-start' for being well dressed. Finding a good hair stylist for my fine limp wavy hair is always a mental hazard. Even some are trying hard with perm or straighten, I might having a 'bad hair' the very next day. Andy works with my hair accordingly to deliver a style that suit my life style. He is meticulous, patience, and willingness that makes him a professionalism. An hour plus service by him is always wonderful with some laughter beside the promising result. He is my 'top listed' stylist for the past 12 years. His work is definitely worth the $90 price tag!

It takes special dedication and perseverance to work my hair and i am glad i have Andy to handle it. The first time he attended to me was 9 yrs ago and i must admit he is the BEST!
You definitely will not want a look that last only a few hours after you leave the salon. Andy's forte is to give you an enduring look. Cuts are meticulously done and he works on drawing out the personality in you.
The real price you pay will be when end up at some cheap salon and get a bad haircut. Something that you have to leave with for a while. With Andy you can rest assured that nothing of this sort will happen. But more importantly is that you are able to find someone who truly understand how to work on your hair

I used to have problems finding somebody who can cut and style my hair according to the hairgrowth with minimal or no usage of styling products.Suggestions like a light perm and keeping shoulder length hair (to tackle the problems of that few strands of curly hair here and there and low hair line) always end up disastrous.Besides having to endure the heavy weight when the hair grows longer, I get very irritated when the weather is hot as i tend to perspire often with my low hair line. Andy from Platform Salon solve my problems by giving me a short haircut which looks pretty feminine. He takes time to study my hair growth and tackle the problems accordingly. I am grateful that I have found somebody who truly understands my hair and have not changed my hairstylist since 10 years ago. Andy is patient, professional and a nice person to share your thoughts with and $90 for a haircut is definitely worth it!!!
