This is a huge outlet with a large sitting area for big groups and predominantly groups of four, however I find the ordering counter a little too small and dustbins a little too few. Service is great though but understaffed. i find the tables usually left uncleared on a busy Saturday, however i also noticed the staff will dash out of the kitchen to clear as many of the tables as possible in the quickest way she can do with. Well, we consumers ought to learn how to clear our own mess, however with the right notices, movements and DIY equipments like wet clothes for cleaning and disinfecting spray easily available, i think we can learn and teach our younger generation to clean up before they leave.

The food is great as usual, the chicken large and tender. Crispy and juicy is their signature Mild flavour and I love the original as the spicy is way to spicy for me. If you are a NTUC club member, you also get to upsize your meal for free, so if you have the card, please flash it.. Its a good $1 for upsizing. They also just launch a daily deal for $3.90. On mondays you get 2 piece chicken which i find it the best deal. The tender deal on sunday is also good and i find the tender of a good size, very worth it.

Be sure to also try their Mash potato. Its creamy and you could taste bits of chicken in their brown sauce. Its own of the best mash i ever had. Love the free wifi and the password you can find on the receipt.

Its a good experience and the food is fabulous :)
