Recently i just went to Carousel for lunch ,it was my second visit in this 3 months. I like their variety of food. It was a real great deal. Especially their Bamboo Clam , it was so mouth watering... But the quantity display was too little to satisfy my craving .... and their desserts it was just so special and i like it alot ... For buffet i suggest to dine for lunch because i find having buffet for dinner will be too heavy especially for those ladies and elderly who have to control their diet...

I had dinner at Carousel three times and they never fail to delight me with their impressive spread of local and international delights.
I had never have problems with their service. :)
Food to try: Their raw spread eg Sashimi, Prawns (oops.. they dont have oyster though)
Their beef is not bad too. Chicken rice, so-so. Indian food is also above average.
But my greatest love is ...... Their desserts that are served in small glasses which is great cos then we can get to taste every single one of them! And, they have chocolate fondue too.
If there are more than 20 guests, you can try booking the special dining corner all to yourself!

For an all-halal buffet, I would say Carousel was very good. The choices were endless and it was easy to get overwhelmed by the selection. I don't think theres any way for anyone to taste all of the food in the spread. Even for a big guy like me, it was just impossible. I regret not having the roast duck and the lobster in the crustacean section.
