Incompetent, lousy service and products. they have destroyed my hair .. I asked for highlights, but the result was not what I hoped, and what i usually get with Italian hairdressers..however two days after i asked to cover with a brown colour but I do not know .. but my hair starts broke.. and they refused to refund me with a restorative treatment. I had to spend above $300 for a keratin treat and I'm not still totally back. The only reason that stop me to take legal ways is that i'm Italian and i don't want to be involved here.. But they'll have all my worst adverting and publicity!!

i was attended by a Senior Hairstylist, Andy and i was tremendously pleased with his service. he is polite and experienced. even though i did not give a full description of what i want, he suggested and before making any drastic change to my style, he gave a clear explanation of what he will be styling. very detailed and convincing skills. most importantly, he is definitely not the pushy sales-stylist at all. worth going for a try. his rate is from $22 onwards. the only downside is that the salon is just moderately furnished.
