The L-shape 3-seater sofa set looks nice and affordable on the advertisement. After seeing the actual set at the showroom, I am convinced that for that quality, the price is very reasonable.
With the same price of$899, there is another design which is a combination of 2-seater and 1-seater in a straight line. Although it is only half leather ( real leather on the front and PVC at the back of the sofa ) It is perfectly alright for me since the design is to my liking and it is more presentable as compared to many other sofa sets.
The only setback is the management style. They do not entertain to any request, i.e. purely take it or leave it attitude. According to the sales staff, the company will impose a 50% surcharge should the customer decides to change to other color after their order confirmation is submitted to the factory. Oh, by the way, the factory is stationed at China while the main office is at Hong Kong.
Besides, they will also charge a delivery fee for any add-on purchase if you didn’t order it at the same time irregardless of how much you have purchased now. They will also request that full payment be made first while waiting for delivery which will take another 3-4 weeks. I wonder if this is fair to the customers? I believe most shops will charge a 30% downpayment and balance upon delivery.
