Overall, i find that sense's SA (Sales girls) are hard sell thier products even though the clothes dun look good to u, they would just said, nice, you look great! Last mth i went to Sense in Century square and tried a blouse, as usual, the SA will say nice! but i find that it is a little bit bigger for me, so i request to try S, but the SA just answer me there is no S size for this blouse. however, i still bought it in M Size. the following week, i went to sense in citylink, i saw the same blouse with S hanging there, means there is an S size and i believed Century's branch has sold off. i find that they are not honest on it and they just want to sell off regardless the clothes can fit you in or not. Then at the same time, I bough a skirt in citylink branch, the SA also push me hardly to buy, beside said nice to you, they will add on: this material dun need to iron, (Reason: I said dun want to buy cos I lazy to iron), but in fact, its need ironing. (I bought and try liao). Lastly, I fully agreed with Edenstrauss’s experience in whitesands’ branch. Their SA are really show thier sour and long face to u if u dun buy their clothes. I am quite disappointed with the Sense Boutique and think their management really have to look into their SA selling skills.

I visited the Whitesands outlet yesterday to browse for a high-waisted belt and the service wasn't great at all.
The salesgirls would hard-sell the product even though it doesn't match my dress at all. And when I told them that I would think about it and thank you, the sales girl was trying very hard not to snap at me. Their faces were so sour & looooong...
The Hougand Mall outlet: wasn't interested in serving me when I was garbed casually in T-****, bermudas & flip-flops. I subsequently ventured in a second time, but branded all over in LV, Gucci & Chanel with my hair all done up as a high-society belle. And guess what? I was served like a queen right till my exit out of the shop even though I didn't purchase anything from the store!
What makes these sales girls think that only tai-tai are good enough for their boutiques? They're not even from the high-end fashion industry!!! I supposed that their attitude & selling techniques stem from the company's work culture.

I went to Sense boutique at Lot 1 Shopping Mall earlier this week, the sale assistants are not bad as they greets you when you entered the shop and also explained the design to you.
But when i saw a knitted dress and asked whether there is any sizing. One of the sale assistant replied that the dress is free size and asked whether i would like to try on.
One look at the dress size and i already know that even though i can fit into that dress but it will look very ugly, thus i replied to her "No, because there is no sizing".
As i turned around to hang back that dress, i heard that sale assistant made a very insulting remark behind my back, saying that even if there are sizing available, i might not be able to fit into the dress!........ I'm wondering why in the first place she is asking me to try that dress at all....
This is my first time went into Sense boutique at Lot 1 Shopping Mall and very sad and disappointed to receive this kind of service from them.
