Serangoon Broadway

Maybe i can share sone thoughts before others make discussion if you want sign any package with Serangoon Broadway.
I was there around lunchtime, very excited to get into my gown, however, i felt so sad after talking to the employees. Their working hours are so long. Eg. 10am - 9pm, for 6 days a week and even have to work during off day sometimes (without OT pay). Meal times for employees are only 10-15mins ( lunch and dinner). I have only have short chat with the staff but i can feel that employer do not have any welfare for their employees at all. As a graduate looking for a job soon, i will not want to work for a boss who treat their employees this way. So do you think you want to give business to such employer to continue ill treat their employees! My answer is "NO". Hopefully with all those reviews and feedback, university/ poly can look into reviewing this studio that was actually recommended to take their once in a lifetime graduation gown and photo.....

The problem with this studio is their ATTITUDE! The beauticians are of very laid back attitude. Not very keen to help you touch up. All they did for us was a mere blush and said it was good enough. We asked if our hair was alright and they replied that was not their job to take care of hair. The 'marketing' staff showed irritation when you order too small photos. They became unfriendly when you do not want the bigger photos. We wish NTU will cease letting them promote their business in the campus.
