Romantic Candle Light Dinner at Romantic Waterfront Restaurant Ambience is Romantic. We had a memorable romantic candle light dinner at this waterfront Spanish restaurant in vivocity. At first it was a accidental find and we went in without expecting the place to be very romantic. The deco is white blue and orange and the lights were dime. They have a beautiful alfresco area with a panoramic view of Sentosa Island. We were seated at the alfresco area with a romantic view and we order a Spanish Red Wine and tapas. The service was excellent too.

I tried Paella, Spanish Rice and fall in love with this traditional spanish dish. It is quite similar to our clay pot rice.
when the food came. The fragrance wafted into my nose before the claypot was on the table. As I mix up the Seafood, Chicken Spanish Sausages, Scallops and Rice the fragrance jus makes me salivate. Chicken & Fish are in chunks and are juicy and tasty to taste and the serving is generous.
After I took a spoonful of rice, I finally understood why its so fragrant. They have used fresh seafood, saffron & fine olive oil. There are bits of salted Spanish Chorfizo in the rice too. It just equates to a wonderful fragrance that attracts ppl from all over just to satisfy their craving. The rice is also neither overcooked (wetery) nor under cooked (dry).
The place was packed but the service was prompt and friendly too.

Their Paella is the best that I have had (I have tried many.Nothing close to this). The fat grain rice absorbs all the flavours of Fresh Seafood, Chicken & Saffron. The tapas are nice to share and the salt covered fish (cannot remember the name of the fish) is soft and tasty, something you would like to try as i hardly see this method of baking a fish. Going to desserts...their homemade brownie and wine pear are excellent!!! Nice alfresco with seaview and a terrific live band. A lill bit of jazz...oldies...classic! The Service was friendly and attentive. Nice place to have a Spanish Fiesta with good service.
