Came across this salon and trial their facial. After the facial, the outcome was unseen. Thus when they try really hard to sell their package to me, I did not take up.
But my sis did sign up after they failed to recommend us the $1800 package, they start to target my sister by introducing a $800 package. My sis eventually took up the package. However when she attend her second session, the beautician start to ask her to top up on a new package as she mention the existing one is not good enough to cure her skin condition. Well this is funny how could one treatment costing $80 per session not good enough and you still ask her to top up.
Despite topping up another $1k to the existing package, We did not see any improvement in my sis skin. Instead it got worst. And the same cycle repeats, the beautician will just keep on pushing and asking her to top up to opt for useless treatment.
I felt that they do not have ethics in doing businesses and the product treatment does not bring results.
Becos of their improper way of handling the customer skin, my sis nearly got scar on her face. They still got the cheek to tell her that it will go worst then get better after that...
I like to use this comment to caution gals out there, if our face was handle by the wrong self claim professional, then we will have a chance of ruining our self confident too. Take a look at bunbun, the blogger's encounter and you will know how important it is to find the right professional ppl.
Lastly I hope all the victims hu suffer in the hands of shakura pigmentation beauty, you gals could come up and share your experience to prevent their ppl from falling into their trap.

I recently complaint to CASE about their unethical business approach. They have responded that "in the event that your member eagerly wishes to terminate the service agreement, we wish to draw your member’s attention to our terms and conditions that all prices will be calculated according to the individual listed prices and all complementary products and/or treatments will be charged for any discontinuation, cancellation or termination of the package for whatsoever reason and the balance thereof will be exchangeable for our skin care products only and not refundable for cash".
This is absurd and I will be taking up the matter to the Small Claim Court.
