Souperlicious is leading the "Souperlution" to refine the position of soups in our hearts and minds to give them the credits that they truly deserve. From our tummy filling beefy goulash to the classic Forza Minestrone Soup, we are out to prove that not only are soups a healthier alternative, but they can be a hearty meal as well.

I've tried its broccoli soup once at the outlet at Suntec, sucks totally! There's not a hint of broccoli at all, as the soup is very saltish and doesn't taste very fresh cos of the cream. My not-so-lucky friend tried their clam chowder...and he ended up with food poisoning. I'm not sure whether it has anything to do with the timing of our visit, which was about 7-8pm in the evening....close to closing time? The soup may not been kept properly, hence causing the cream and seafood to turn bad. Anyone craving for soup should go for Soup Spoon instead...definitely better in quality and value for money too!

Everytime I walk past the Souperlicious shop, on my way to lunch, I always smell the aroma of yummy soup!

However, dont you think the soups and most of the food they sell are rather expensive? A bowl of soup for around seven dollars? I'd rather buy storebought Heinz soup, etc.

I think the nice, compfortable environment makes it popular, especially among young adults and teenagers. Maybe it's because old people don't like the cooking method of the soups (because they are used to eating clear soups)....

I might try their soups one day, if they lower the price. However, I don't think that will happen, as the financial crisis is still around, and not many businesses lower the prices at all, in fact they usually jack it up!!
