A Spa that has all types of services with very amazingly cheap promotions for Radio Frequency RF treatments for face and body. Example 10 sessions for 288 and so on.

Terrible service.... And I havent even step into the office.

I had bought the offer through Beeconomic and the coupon expire soon. So I made a call in to book the appointment.

I first call in to the Raffles City Branch. Answered by Angela. Her tone was so rude and impatient. And I was only just asking for the available date & time for next week. When I tell her about the voucher, she went on 10 mins to lecture on why book the appointment so late.

I think she dont know it is busy people like us who is paying for her salary. I hope her management see this review and teach her the right way to treat a paying customer.

Then I called the Orchard Hotel Branch. I am faced by another rude reception by Anna. I am just trying to book an appointment but I am already got irritated by these people.

I dont think I will enjoy my massage there. But I had already paid.

For those people considering to sign up with this spa, pls seriously consider when they cant even have a decent reception to make your appointment.

I will write another review of their service after I went. But I do not have any high hopes of it.

Just hope to save more pple for getting into this trap hole

I got to contact SPA D'or via a portal name: http://www.bestsingaporespa.net/spa-dor.php

It is through Diners Club promotion.

I signed up after a consultation session and a trial of slimming at an affordable price. I decided to pay because they accept Diners.

As I read the review as stated above, I questioned the boss, NICOLE (ms.), she answered that Spa D'or had undergone a major transformation after that incident. She seek readers '2nd chance'.

I did gave her '2nd chance', so I swoped my Diners! I undergone the procedures & after 6th sessions in slimming and RF, I have no complaint. It is all right.

They have been in business for 4 years already.

      Women and gals! NO WORRIES!

I visited SPADOR at ORCHARD Hotel(which i thought was reputable area) and they have another branch at RAFFLES CITY and sustained serious burns from my body from their RF treatment. While doing the treatment they had to put a metal plate behind my body. However they burnt my skin badly while doing the RF treatment with the metal plate and my skin got charred in more than 3 places and there even was KELOID scars after the burn wounds healed. IF anyway wants to do RF do not go to their salon even though the offer is CHEAP! They are totally unprofessional, something wrong with the people doing as they turn it up way high and electrical sparks came out and after you get burnt they send you away saying they do not know how it happened and refuse to pay for your medical by ignoring you if you call them.

Sounds very much like Tracy works for Spa Dor or is the owner herself. The owner is Nicole from Malaysian with bad English and always pretends not to be the owner when customers tries to seek her out for problems. As we can see Tracy can't differentiate between "scars" and "scalds". To clarify "Scars" is for life on your face and body forever.

Finally hope all women don't get conned like I did. The "OH" for my nickname stands for "OH MY GOD" i can't believe what happened.

I finally threatened them with legal action before they paid me for my medical. But anyway its not worth all the trouble plus the scars never totally recover even with treatment. AVOID!
