Visited this new outlet this month at about 8pm on a weekday but was disappointed with the lousy service and attitude of the crew. I asked for more veggy like lettuce and slice onions to stuff my tuna sandwich but crew member gave scantily. So I insisted for more which he grudgingly and relunctantly put in and quickly passed on to the next counter crew. Same happened on my 2nd visit and that's my last and final patronage there. I think crew members should be taught to oblige generously on customer's request for more fillings which customer is at liberty to select to stuff their sandwich. That's how you should delight customer and make them come back for more.
