Went there on a weekday afternoon and there was no queue.
Having a 1-for-1 sundae voucher in hand, we ordered 6 types of sundaes (3 payable) and set off to devour them.
The order came after a surprising long amount of time (20 mins to be exact) and we were quite restless then.
The sticky chewy chocolate was not up to expectation, it tasted of cheap street $1 per cup ice cream that belittle its premium price. Very disappointing as we expected better. The taste is not at all"sticky" nor "chewy" and tastes overlky sweet.
However, the celebrity brownie saved the day.
The brownie was enveloped with a thin, slightly crunchy crust that melts in the mouth before my teeth sank moist chocolate-ness.
The hot fudge was oozingly warm and good and the vanilla ice cream creating a very nice contrast with the chocolate brownie.
I left the cherry aside because it tasted too sickeningly sweet.
An order was placed for the Chilli Fish pasta which came as a set for the student's meal( I requested for the cream sauce instead of chilli), which came with free-flow of drinks. The snapper fillets were nicely done, smooth and moist bu the golden crust too oily for my liking. The cream sauce was heaven, creamy and light with a hint of mushrooms. The pasta was average.
We ordered the same thing again as we dined as a family, but however, the second one was not well done. The pasta was undercooked and tasted raw and stiff. By then, we have already eaten one and a half slice of fish but the manager offered to give a takeaway replacement after our complaint.
This time, it was as nicely done as the first, with two slices of golden battered fish of course.
