I love the range of products offered in Takashimaya Ngee Ann City. Most of the time they provide special promotions and discounts for certain cardholders. Not to mention that we are able to buy certain mid luxury products at a discount. For example, Longchamp. (Not really sure if that is considered as mid luxury product though) Pls correct me if i am wrong.
If i remember correctly, there was a discount for DBS Cardholders for longchamp in october. Didnt purchase any though as i was only there to walk around.

Most of the merchandise in this department store are mid-priced to exorbitant. For example, prices of its ladies shoes start from around $100 onward. So if you are looking for $20-$30 shoes try Bata.
My experience with the sales staff are pleasant on most occasions. However, an unpleasant experience I had was during the sale period with the staff in Takashimaya Square. I was shopping for bedlinen and household products there, and there was an hourly special deal. As the staff explanation was not clear and somewhat misleading, I seeked clarification, and his attitude was poor.
