    I still remember when I took Thai Airways to Bangkok 4 years ago on economy class, the flight attendant actually carry a bottle of red wine and a bottle of white wine, asking if anyone wants. Not those push cart, but actually going around with the bottles in the hand. I thought that was nice as it gives me a more personal feeling that they are not just serving drinks on a routine before-meal-and-after-meal rounds.
