1 Review for “The Soup Spoon (Market Street Carpark) ” - Restaurants

Located in CBD with so many office towers nearby, they have a very big group of regular patrons. And these patrons often go for take-away as the shop space is simply quite limited. The same applies to the Raffles Place outlet. There is often around 3-5 in the queue for this outlet and 5-10 for the Raffles Place outlet, during the lunch peak.
My usual soups are the Beef Goulash (when I feel I need more Iron) and Tokyo Chicken Stew (for this is the only clear soup in their standard menu). But I am thinking of trying out their Meatless Minestrone which has macaroni in it.
I often go for a set meal, which comes with a half-size salad/sandwich/wrap and a drink/chips/apple. The chips usually goes to a corner for a teabreak-enjoyment. But the Asian Tofu / Thai Chicken Vermicilli salad is very nice after the soup, especially that they comes with a cup of sauce (should be Thai sweet&sour sauce, more sour version) for you to pour over the veg. The soup comes with a bread, where they have a lot of choices which you can choose.... and they taste so nice even if eaten alone.
Oh, they deliver at a charge of $3 for before 7.30pm deliveries. Else, you can call them to ask them to pre-pack your takeaway orders (for dinner, close at 9pm).
And another thing is that they have take-home packs where you can keep for a week or so in the fridge (wonder if those will contain more "ingredients" to keep it fresh for a period??).
