The self -service, fast-food restaurant, with limited seats has various branches in major shopping centres.
It sells a variety of Japanese style satay, barbecued on the spot, including chicken skin, chicken balls, eel, pork with asparagus, etc. Most are dipped into a sweet-tasting sauce. My favourite is the pork with asparagus. Prices from about $1.00 -2.80.
Service is fast, except during peak-hours when you may have to queue. Each stick is packed in silver-foiled paper bag so no fear of sauce leaking. Rice can be bought separately and comes in a paper box.
