im glad action has been taken. yes i do agree with the rest of the reviews. they simply cheat ppl money. i signed up with true fitness. So, i went to few of their classes. eventually yoga wasnt my best intrest. so i decided to terminate the package. n in the agreement say if u gonna terminate u had to submit a request form say u wish to terminate, it takes abt 7 days for processing, which i find ridiculous. i mean if ppl dun want then dun want lah. and the charges was something like if terminate u have to pay the first and last mth payment. then to my shock, when came dwn to speak with the manager, she brushes off me, very rude saying like im making trouble with law, and something like i already sign the agreement n its my responsibility of my own action. and she told me i have to pay the full 2yrs package which like cost almost 3k. i mean like, what the hell she talking about?!so i turn into their finance side, hoping for some solution. they resolved my issue somehow so i had to pay about 1.5k instead 3k which is also unbelieveable. i reali had a bad experience, with the managers at pacific plaza was rude, unprofessional, never compromise things. yes, if anyone wants to signup, hell no! trust me u regret it. anyway, its karma has answered

I remember the time when I received free trials by True Yoga. The vicinity did entice me and I was attracted to the facilities in True Yoga. It was situated near Lido. I dragged my mother to one of the Yoga classes, it was fun, initially. But, after all the talks with the promoter from True Yoga. Prices were hefty for me, being a 17 year old. I didn't signed up for any of the package. Last year, they called me up asking me to come down as I was told I won more FREE Trials. So, I did went down. But, guess what? I wasn't entertained by any of the staff. Believe it. It was then I decide, never to sign up for anything under TrueYoga. I personally think that they are some kinda fraud and they deserve to be sued! I support the sued file case against TrueSpa. Is a lucky thing AMORE fitness know how to work their way to their customers! ;)

Its not a surprise to me when I read the papers on the complaints made against True Spa. I am also a member and was unhappy from my first booking. The spa is meant for a place to relax and de-stressed but they stressed you up from the time you signed the dotted line.
You are lucky to get thru the tel. line and even luckier if you get the appointment on the date/time of your choice. They will tell you its fully booked but you will note that the reception areas are filled by those trial customers. The moment you signed up as member, you are consigned to the waste bin. It seems they are more inrterested in signing on more and more members than to keep existing customers.
True spa must be doing very well as evidenced by the recent expansions. Membership fees upfront and in most cases exasperated customers will drop out without completing their full courses.
The owners comes from a very prominent family and its sad if its built on such business model.
