Hi, anyone interested in sharing your lousy True Spa experience with the press? I do not mean writing in to the forum but a proper newspaper article. For both English and Chinese newspaper articles. Guess I am not the only one having trouble booking sessions with them.
I sign up for a spa package with them almost 2 years ago after a trial session. As usual, the same promise that I can make a booking 3-4 days in advance for a massage session with the free usage of their hydro-bath.
There isn't any problems getting a slot for the first few session as the spa is still quite new and there isn't much members then. The nightmare starts after that.
Firstly, I am informed by the staff that booking needs to be done at least a month before hand. There isn't any letter or email informing me of the changes.
Then the staff handling my booking keeps hanging up on me or just simply refusing to pick up any calls. The person in charge of my account is always unreachable. So I am left stranded with a spa package which is of no use to me.
For the past 2 years, I have visited True Spa for less than 10 times. Whenever I called to check how much is left of the package, I am being asked to call the person in charge of my account.
I am sick and tired of all this. It does not surprise me if True Spa suddenly close down 1 day and there goes all my money.
My advise to fellow Yebbers is to avoid True Spa and True Yoga at all cost. Sign on the dotted line even God can't help you chase back your money.

There's tons of complains but the company isn't doing anything to save their reputation. I'm just going to finish my package and move on to the next spa that is worthy of my money.

Same story: TrueSpa is a bunch of people who may have cheated us. Same Jordan. Same story over the last nearly six months!
Are the Singtel fixed telephone lines so bad? Or, are we calling from Africa or a desert in today's global village? Has TrueSpa ever lodged a complain with Singtel on that account?
Before you sign up, you are the GOD. Thereafter, roles are exactly and accurately reversed. G...O...D becomes D..O..G.
Let us alert all the potential "lambs" before the Wolf eats them up too.
Looks like that they have intentionally located themselves at Taka to ...........just like the some time-share and holiday outfits. To gain creditability for their activities which may not be valid in today's world of customer-service. One place for sure where customer is always wrong!! A good case of misrepresentation as the "terms and conditions" printed in very small letters on the back are not even disclosed before signing up.
They just want to suck our blood. They are the modern days Vampires who want to suck and empty our wallets. Some more, it looks like we have pre-paid to be inflicted with physical pain by aunties instead of relaxing!!!
Not only does it bring a a bad reputation to our tiny Singapore (which we all love), it is bad KPIs as our authorites may be in slumber to discharge their duties which we pay for....
Let us wake up CASE and see what they are going to do about such players who do not have regard for their obligations towards society and above all, their customers (gained through) posssible mis-representaion!!
