When i think of TV mobile, i think of the mosquito flying around me with the buzzing sound. This is how irritating TV mobile can be.
I seriously wonder why they have it in the first place, when all the shows they are showing are repeated up to the extent of it showing 5 to 10 times! There was once i took buses equipped with TV mobile for a few days, and at that exact time at around 10.30 to 11am, they showed this show about spelling repeatedly for like 3 to 4 times! it is so Ridiculous!
the people in charge of TV mobile should really put in new shows that are specially for TV mobile. If they are scared by the low number of viewers, they can show those shows first on TV mobile and broadcast it on mainstream TV at a later date! This is a much more viable option, and it also provides TV mobile viewers with more options too!

Sometimes I wonder if the rise in bus fares was due to the installation of TV Mobile. About 1/2 of the buses I take either does not have one of those tvs installed, or they are installed but not on/working. So what's the use?
Many of the shows are on repeat and when you take the bus almost the same time every day, it means that in one week, you could probably have watched the same show 5 times! And worst, it's mostly channel 8 shows. Yes, I get that local films/series need exposure, but don't you think it's a little too much? And because they are in chinese, I have to read the subtitles when is painfully difficult on a small screen which is most of the time blocked by the person in front. So, I give up trying even to get a glimpse!
If this was indeed for entertainment, I think the only entertainment was just for laughs - which I enjoyed many a times. And I did like the olympics season when I could catch my favourite sports in action while on the road (if I'm lucky, that is!) But there were still lots of repeats :(

TV mobile is horrid...
Same TV programmes that have already been shown on normal TV is shown over and over again, day after day...
Assuming you actually want to watch the the shows, it's impossible... The tv is so tiny, and can only be seen clearly by about 3 or 4 rows of seats, otherwise you would be too near to see or too far away, or catch the reflection from the sun, or blocked by a tall person... The speakers are far too soft... The screen keeps freezing up, and the sound quality is horrible.
Above all, NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO WATCH! Why can't they put all the TVs and speakers in one half of the bus, so that they can watch better, and the other half of the bus can ride in peace...
(Rating says 1 star means Please Avoid!, but you can't avoid it can you?)
